We no longer issue permits for temporary
signs if they're for noncommercial messages,
such as political signs, per our current
sign ordinance.
In residential zones people are allowed
to have noncommercial message signs on their
property at ANY TIME of the year, per the
current sign code restrictions for number
and size (see brochure).
EXTRA sign area for noncommercial
message signs is permitted during the 60
days prior to a primary, special or general
election. (The additional amount is
specified in the code and brochure.)

60 days before the August 12, 2008
Primary Election is FRIDAY, JUNE 13TH.
60 days before the November 4, 2008
General Election is FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER
5TH
